  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and form them into large burger patties.

  • Cook the burger patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • During the last minute of cooking, place 2 slices of cheddar cheese on each burger patty and allow it to melt.
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, an onion slice, and a pickle slice on the bottom half of each bun.
