Instructions

  • While the burgers are cooking, make the spicy sriracha mayo by combining 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce, 1 teaspoon lime juice, and 1/2 teaspoon honey in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden.
