Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapenos, sliced
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese on each slice of bread.
- Divide the shredded cheddar cheese evenly between two slices of bread, on top of the cream cheese.
- Place the sliced jalapenos on top of the cheddar cheese, then add the cooked bacon slices.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on the outside of each sandwich.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwiches in the skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.
