  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to make the honey mustard sauce. Set aside.
  • In another small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce to make the spicy sriracha mayo. Set aside.
  • Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • During the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush the honey mustard sauce on both sides of the chicken breasts. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden.
  • To assemble the sandwiches, spread the spicy sriracha mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Place a grilled chicken breast on top, followed by a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice. Spread more honey mustard sauce on the top half of the bun and place it on top of the sandwich.
  • Serve the honey mustard chicken sandwiches with extra spicy sriracha mayo on the side, if desired. Enjoy!
