Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to make the marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  • Preheat the grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade, and discard the remaining marinade.
  • Grill the chicken on the preheated grill for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, basting with additional honey during the last few minutes of grilling.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
