  • In a separate bowl, beat 2 egg whites and 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
  • Gradually add 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the hazelnut mixture and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the egg white mixture until well combined.
  • Using a spoon or a piping bag, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
