Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce and tomato for garnish
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, marinate the chicken breasts in 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the grill with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
