Created by: Howcan Team
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 large biscuits
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- While the eggs are cooking, split the biscuits in half and place them on a baking sheet. Place a slice of ham on the bottom half of each biscuit.
- Once the eggs are cooked, place one egg on top of each slice of ham. Then, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the eggs.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the biscuits are heated through.
- Remove from the oven and place the top half of the biscuit on each sandwich. Serve hot and enjoy!
