Instructions

  • Preheat a panini press or a skillet over medium heat.
  • Assemble the sandwiches by placing 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese on 2 slices of bread. Top each with avocado slices and the remaining 2 slices of bread.
  • Spread butter on the outsides of the sandwiches.
  • Place the sandwiches in the panini press or skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Carefully remove the sandwiches from the press or skillet and let them cool for a minute before slicing in half.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
