Ingredients
- 4 wild boar steaks, 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Brush both sides of the wild boar steaks with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
