Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush both sides of the watermelon slices with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  • Place the watermelon slices on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear.
  • Remove the watermelon slices from the grill and place them on a plate.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows on top of each watermelon slice.
  • Using a kitchen torch or the broiler in your oven, toast the marshmallows until golden brown and melted.
  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips on top of the marshmallows on each watermelon slice.
  • Place the graham cracker halves on top of the chocolate chips to create a sandwich.
