Ingredients
- 4 whole trout, cleaned and gutted
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Brush the trout inside and out with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the trout on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the trout from the grill and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
