Ingredients
- 4 swordfish steaks, about 6 ounces each
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush swordfish steaks with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill swordfish for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and fish is cooked through. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce is heated through and well combined.
- Place grilled swordfish steaks on serving plates and drizzle with the lemon butter sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
