Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup honey, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 cup soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons olive oil to make the marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the honey garlic marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is grilling, make the cilantro lime sauce by combining 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, juice of 2 limes, and 1/4 cup Greek yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Serve the grilled salmon with the cilantro lime sauce drizzled on top. Enjoy!
