Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, orange juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the citrus vinaigrette.
