Ingredients
- 1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch slices
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, combine the coconut milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool.
