Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush the cut side of the peaches with melted butter.
  • Place the peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes, until grill marks appear.
  • Flip the peaches and place a few pieces of chocolate in the center of each peach half.
  • Top the chocolate with a marshmallow and continue grilling for another 3-4 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
  • Remove the peaches from the grill and place each peach half on a graham cracker square.
  • Top with another graham cracker square to create a sandwich.
  • Allow the s'mores to cool for a minute before enjoying the gooey, grilled peach goodness!
