Grilled Peach S'mores

Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 8 graham cracker squares
- 4 large marshmallows
- 4 ounces of dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the cut side of the peaches with melted butter.
- Place the peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes, until grill marks appear.
- Flip the peaches and place a few pieces of chocolate in the center of each peach half.
- Top the chocolate with a marshmallow and continue grilling for another 3-4 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and place each peach half on a graham cracker square.
- Top with another graham cracker square to create a sandwich.
- Allow the s'mores to cool for a minute before enjoying the gooey, grilled peach goodness!
