- 2 pounds of small red potatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, toss 2 pounds of halved red potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, and 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary until well coated.
