Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  • Brush the chicken breasts with the olive oil mixture and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the chopped romaine lettuce evenly among them.
  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese over the lettuce on each tortilla.
  • Place the sliced grilled chicken on top of the lettuce and cheese.
  • Drizzle 1/4 cup of Caesar dressing over the chicken on each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of croutons over the top of the chicken and dressing on each tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortillas and then roll them up tightly, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
