  • Peel the bananas and slice them in half lengthwise. Place the banana halves on a plate.
  • Place 4 graham cracker squares on a clean surface. Divide the chopped chocolate evenly among the graham crackers, placing the chocolate on one side of each cracker.
  • Place 2 marshmallows on top of the chocolate on each graham cracker.
  • Top the marshmallows with the remaining graham cracker squares to create 4 s'mores sandwiches.
  • Brush the banana halves with the melted butter on both sides.
  • Place the banana halves and the s'mores sandwiches on the preheated grill. Cook the bananas for 2-3 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and the bananas are softened. Cook the s'mores sandwiches for 2-3 minutes per side, until the marshmallows are melted and the chocolate is gooey.
  • Remove the grilled bananas and s'mores sandwiches from the grill and place them on a serving platter.
