Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Place the banana halves on a plate.
  • Place the graham cracker squares on a clean plate. Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips on 4 of the graham cracker squares.
  • Place a marshmallow on top of the chocolate chips on each of the 4 graham cracker squares.
  • Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and ground cinnamon over the marshmallows.
  • Place the remaining 4 graham cracker squares on top to create 4 s'mores sandwiches.
  • Carefully place the banana halves directly on the grill grates. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and the bananas are slightly softened.
  • While the bananas are grilling, place the s'mores sandwiches on a piece of aluminum foil and place them on the grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes, until the marshmallows are melted and the chocolate is slightly softened.
  • Remove the bananas and s'mores from the grill. Place a grilled banana half on each plate and top with a grilled s'mores sandwich.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
