Ingredients
- 4 bananas, slightly firm
- 8 graham cracker squares
- 4 large marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Place the banana halves on a plate.
- Place the graham cracker squares on a clean plate. Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips on 4 of the graham cracker squares.
- Place a marshmallow on top of the chocolate chips on each of the 4 graham cracker squares.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and ground cinnamon over the marshmallows.
- Place the remaining 4 graham cracker squares on top to create 4 s'mores sandwiches.
- Carefully place the banana halves directly on the grill grates. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and the bananas are slightly softened.
- While the bananas are grilling, place the s'mores sandwiches on a piece of aluminum foil and place them on the grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes, until the marshmallows are melted and the chocolate is slightly softened.
- Remove the bananas and s'mores from the grill. Place a grilled banana half on each plate and top with a grilled s'mores sandwich.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
