Grilled Banana S'mores

Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 8 graham cracker squares
- 4 large marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons of butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Place the banana halves on a plate.
- Place the graham cracker squares on a clean plate. Sprinkle half of the squares with the chocolate chips and place a marshmallow on top of the chocolate chips. Place the remaining graham cracker squares on top to create 4 s'mores sandwiches.
- Brush the banana halves with the melted butter.
- Place the banana halves directly on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and the bananas are softened.
- While the bananas are grilling, place the s'mores sandwiches on a piece of aluminum foil and place them on the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the marshmallows are melted and the chocolate is gooey.
- Remove the bananas and s'mores sandwiches from the grill and assemble the s'mores by placing a grilled banana half on top of a s'mores sandwich. Serve immediately and enjoy!
