Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat 16 oz softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Mix in 1 cup Greek yogurt, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and 1/4 cup milk, and mix until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
