Instructions

  • While the cod is baking, cook the orzo according to package instructions. Drain and return to the pot. Stir in the remaining olive oil, feta cheese, and remaining dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the chicken broth over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in the remaining dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
