Ingredients
- 2 grass-fed beef ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Remove the grass-fed beef ribeye steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat.
- Rub the grass-fed beef ribeye steaks with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper on each side.
- Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness.
- While the steaks are cooking, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Pour the garlic and olive oil mixture over the steaks and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
- Serve the grass-fed beef ribeye steaks hot and enjoy!
