  • Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness.
  • While the steaks are cooking, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the garlic and olive oil mixture over the steaks and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
