Ingredients
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1/2 cup of white sugar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop out the dough and roll it into 1-inch balls. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Use a fork to create a crisscross pattern on the top of each cookie, gently pressing down to flatten the dough slightly.
