The history of these delectable cookies dates back to the early 2000s when chefs and bakers began experimenting with alternative flours and ingredients to create a gluten-free version of the classic chocolate chip cookie. As awareness of gluten intolerance grew, demand for these cookies soared, leading to their widespread availability in bakeries and restaurants across the globe. Today, the best versions of these cookies can be found in dedicated gluten-free bakeries and cafes, where skilled bakers use a blend of gluten-free flours, high-quality chocolate chips, and a perfect balance of sweetness to create the ultimate gluten-free indulgence.
