Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup olive oil, 4 cloves minced garlic, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary, 1 tablespoon chopped thyme, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off any excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
