Instructions

  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  • Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet with the broccoli.
  • Drizzle the lemon juice over the shrimp and broccoli, then sprinkle with chopped parsley. Toss everything together to combine and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve the garlic butter shrimp and broccoli immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired. Enjoy!
