  • In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to make a roux.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a simmer.
  • Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, Gruyere, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Add the cooked macaroni and broccoli to the cheese sauce, stirring until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top.
