- 2 lbs ground beef

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine 2 lbs of ground beef, 1 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 cup milk, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1/4 cup diced jalapenos, 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a greased loaf pan and press it down evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese on top of the meatloaf and return it to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
