Instructions

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • In a small bowl, beat 2 eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  • Melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter in the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set.
  • While the eggs are cooking, toast 2 slices of bread.
  • Once the eggs are cooked, sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs and let it melt for a minute.
