Created by: Howcan Team
Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Season the pork chops with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to make the honey glaze.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour the honey glaze over the pork chops in the Dutch oven.
- Cover the Dutch oven with a lid and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through, basting with the glaze halfway through cooking.
- Remove the Dutch oven from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
