Instructions

  • Rinse the blueberries and pat them dry with a paper towel. Make sure they are completely dry before proceeding.
  • In a small saucepan, melt 6 ounces of dark chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and fully melted.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, remove the saucepan from the heat.
  • Using a toothpick or a skewer, dip each blueberry into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Place the chocolate-covered blueberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet, making sure they are not touching each other.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining blueberries until all are coated in chocolate.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill the chocolate-covered blueberries for at least 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  • Once the chocolate is set, remove the baking sheet from the refrigerator and transfer the chocolate-covered blueberries to a serving plate.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
