Instructions

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  • Add the bratwurst sausages to the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
  • Once the sausages are cooked, pour the curry ketchup sauce over them in the skillet. Stir to coat the sausages evenly with the sauce. Allow the sauce to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly.
