Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine 2 pounds of thawed shredded hash browns, 1/2 cup of melted butter, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup of finely chopped yellow onion, 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 2 cups of sour cream. Mix well.
