  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up the truffles.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of dark chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
