Ingredients
- 4 sheets of graham crackers
- 4 large marshmallows
- 4 ounces of dark chocolate
Instructions
- Break each graham cracker sheet in half to form 8 squares.
- Place 4 squares on a microwave-safe plate.
- Top each square with a piece of dark chocolate.
- Place a marshmallow on top of the chocolate.
- Microwave on high for 15-20 seconds, or until the marshmallows puff up and the chocolate begins to melt.
- Carefully remove the plate from the microwave and immediately place the remaining graham cracker squares on top of the marshmallows, pressing down gently to create a sandwich.
