Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine 2 lbs of ground beef, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1/4 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x5 inch loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is browned.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
