Ingredients
- 6 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook 6 slices of bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Toast 4 slices of bread until golden brown.
- Spread 1/4 cup of mayonnaise evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- On 2 slices of bread, layer 2 leaves of lettuce, 1/2 of the sliced avocado, and 2 slices of tomato. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top each with 3 slices of bacon and the remaining 2 slices of bread with the mayo side down.
