Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup fresh orange juice, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the citrus marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Grill the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
