Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat 24 oz of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of granulated sugar, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract until smooth. Add 3 large eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour until combined. Pour the filling over the crust.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and cool completely on a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • In a chilled bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream with 2 tbsp of powdered sugar and 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the chilled cheesecake.
  • Sprinkle additional crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal on top for garnish. Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!
