Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cheesecake with Extra Topping

Created by: Howcan Team

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 32 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup of milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a food processor, pulse 1 cup of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal until finely ground. In a bowl, mix the ground cereal with graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream and flour until combined. Pour the batter over the crust.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake, then remove the sides of the pan. Let the cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the chilled cheesecake.
  • Before serving, crush the remaining 1 cup of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and sprinkle it over the top of the cheesecake for an extra crunchy topping.
  • Slice and enjoy!
