- 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with 2 tablespoons of olive oil until evenly coated.
