Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 3/4 cups of flour, baking soda, salt, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and both sugars until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
