  • Bake for 60 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the center is set. Allow to cool before removing the pan's rim.
  • In a small saucepan, melt 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips with 1/2 cup of heavy cream over low heat. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over the top of the cheesecake. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
