Ingredients
- 1 cup of butter, melted
- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups of confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together 1 cup of melted butter, 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 2 cups of confectioners' sugar, and 1 cup of creamy peanut butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips and 4 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate and peanut butter are melted and smooth.
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer in the pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
