Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, heat 1/2 cup of heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and add 8 oz of chopped semi-sweet chocolate, 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons of orange liqueur, 1 tablespoon of rum, and 1 teaspoon of orange zest.
- Return the saucepan to low heat and stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the chocolate orange rum fondue to a fondue pot or a heatproof serving bowl.
