Melt 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth. Fold 1 cup of the cream cheese mixture into the melted chocolate. Pour the chocolate mixture into the crust.
  • Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until center is almost set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  • In a medium bowl, whip 2 cups of heavy cream with 1/4 cup of confectioners' sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over cheesecake before serving.
