Ingredients
- 8 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Assorted dippers (strawberries, bananas, pineapple, marshmallows, pound cake, etc.)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat 1/2 cup of coconut milk over medium heat until it starts to simmer, but not boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and add 8 ounces of chopped semi-sweet chocolate to the saucepan.
- Stir the chocolate constantly until it is completely melted and smooth.
- Once the chocolate is melted, stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until well combined.
- Transfer the chocolate fondue to a fondue pot or a serving bowl.
- Serve with assorted dippers such as strawberries, bananas, pineapple, marshmallows, and pound cake.
